Risk Administrator (9 month FTC) £32,000 - £37,000 City THE COMPANY: Our client is one of the largest global bank`s in the world. They are currently recruiting for a Risk Administrator to join the team on a 9 month FTC basis to provide fundamental office administration and support duties. THE ROLE: - Monitoring and logging of covenants and preparation of monthly Covenant Exception and Review reports - Issuing and monitoring Facility Setup forms for any new customers and monitoring/ setting up of limits by Credit for new/amended limits - Assisting Risk Management in weekly and monthly reporting - Responsible for safe housing/storage of documentation and ensuring adequate security held at all times with yearly audit - Preparing documentation for weekly meetings - Liaising with other departments regarding the loan set-up and disbursement entries - Working closely with Risk Management and other departments within the Bank to assist and achieve objectives - Authorising & checking of static data input, including opening of new accounts - Intermediary/support for customer & RM requirements/queries for the bank`s legal firms - Preparation of monthly Document Deficiency report - Examining and ensuring that all documentation is complete/enforceable prior to disbursement under the facility - Keeping insurance file current in respect of loans, where required THE PERSON: - Must have an appropriate financial qualification - Educated to degree level - At least 5 years` previous operational experience is necessary, preferably in a client oriented financial environment - Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail - Must have an aptitude for learning new software packages - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
