Finance Graduate: A high calibre, ambitious graduate from finance or accounting, seeking a highly responsible role within a progressive company is required to join the finance team during a period of major systems upgrade and succession planning. The Company will provide support with gaining accounting qualifications.

The Company is a Chelsea Flower Show award winning design and manufacturing company.

As a Finance Graduate you will help support the transformation of the company's financial and commercial accounting activities and ensure finance remains a key business driver to the wider business. The right individual for this role must be able to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment where flexibility, attention to detail and enthusiasm are prerequisites.

A key aspect of the role is to help set up all systems and processes associated with the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assume responsibility for Pay Roll and VAT returns within 6-months
*Assume responsibility for Purchase & Sales Ledger within 6-months
*Assume responsibility for production of the Management Accounts within 12-months
*Key member of Implementation Team - ERP system

Applicants should have a strong aptitude for numbers, an interest in business and should be confident in utilising computing systems to aid excellence in Management Information.

Some understanding of Management Accounting would be an advantage as would exposure to a manufacturing business model, commercial acumen, energy and vision, and experience of using a finance system.
