You will develop, support and implement compliance systems and processes throughout the PFI contract ensuring that statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance systems are implemented. The role will include the operational management of the CAFM system including Asset Management, assignment of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Soft FM services within a significant and mature PFI contract; and to oversee and manage its successful operation throughout the remainder of the concession. You will also manage and co-ordinate the development, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System including facilitating the development of procedures, processes and instructions to maintain ISO-9001 accreditation. As the Compliance and Quality Manager your duties will include: - Working with Operational Managers across the contract to identify areas requiring systems and process review - Optimising service delivery while meeting statutory, company and contractual requirements - Building and maintaining good working relationships with the operational delivery teams across the contract - Supporting Operational Managers, where appropriate, in the proper implementation of and adherence to corporate policies and procedures as well as relevant statute to ensure that a consistent legislatively and contractually compliant service is delivered - Helping to perpetuate a culture committed to meeting statutory and corporate health, safety and environmental requirements in order to maintain safe and secure working environments - Ensuring the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to and that any breaches are identified with all documentation being passed through the Health and Safety Committee - Maintaining records of Health & Safety issues, accidents, incidents and near misses on site and producing weekly statistics for report - Managing the ISO-9001 auditing system, ensuring audit programmes are met - Promoting, developing and utilising the existing CAFM system to enhance the quality and quantity of data capture, leading by example to demonstrate how the use of such data can improve the management and profitability of the maintainable asset. To be a successful Compliance and Quality Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - A relevant degree or equivalent in Vocational Training standard, Nebosh minimum - Hard and Soft FM experience - Knowledge and experience of CAFM systems (preferably Concept) - Commercial awareness and drive - Experience of managing FM contracts, ideally within Public Sector/PFI and Healthcare environments - Experience of working in partnerships - Excellent people and communication skills, experienced in client interface and building client relationships - Ability to lead and direct teams to deliver plans whilst maintaining high standards of delivery and compliance - Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels. In return, the Compliance and Quality Manager will receive a salary of £55,000 per annum. The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
