Role and Responsibilities
·Manage a defined list of clients
·Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard
·Maintain Key Account Plans
·Work cross functionally within the local business
·Ensure client needs are met and questions answered
·Identify leads and opportunities

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
·Basic market and product knowledge very advantageous
·Computer literate, able to learn and use bespoke systems
·Undertake presentations
·Possess great communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in an easy to understand manner
·Ensure data quality and deliverables are timely
