The team is responsible for any non-standard intercompany agreements with Vodafone’s markets (eg Joint Ventures) to provide Group services.


As a Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Finance Advisor you will be responsible for interfacing with the business, helping define the terms of the agreements and how the service to the market will be provided.




You will partner the markets in scope to ensure agreements are being executed and acting as an interface between the Group and the particular market (OpCo) managing any questions, changes to the agreements including setting up any new activities and ensuring invoicing reflects the terms of the agreements.
Key Accountabilities:




• Business partnering with internal teams (Tax, M&A, Commercial & Finance teams, Legal)
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and invoicing
• Assisting the Tax and M&A teams in defining terms of new agreements
• Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships with business unit executives and external relationships with advisors.



About you




A fully qualified finance professional with either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications or be working towards them is advantageous. Working experience in Transfer pricing and knowledge of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises is ideal but not required. Working experience in a multinational national complex organisation is also required.
