Income and Billings Analyst BLUI54654 Circa £27,000 per annum Wimbledon Our client is recruiting for a Business Finance Manager to join their Head Office Team based in Central Wimbledon. About them: Our client is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. About the Role: To have prime responsibility for the management of all Monthly Income Models and Input of all Recurring and One-off billings relating to one of the four divisions in the company. About You: Acting as the main contact for the Divisional Finance Mangers. Supporting both the Sales Ledger Manager and the Credit Controller by handling and resolving all queries raised for the company and URIB (company in Business) accounts. This role will involve some travelling to various locations within the organisation. Key responsibilities are to include: * Ensuring all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently. * Ensuring that under/ overbilling is calculated accurately and appropriate approval is sought for adjustments, including raising credits. * Working with the Divisional Finance Mangers to resolve all queries that have been raised by the credit controller, escalating appropriately where necessary. * Working with the credit controller to follow up non- payment of key accounts. * Providing the Sales Ledger Manager with the justification for all income accrual or deferred amounts from the Income Models. * Performing monthly reconciliations on various balance sheet codes as indication by the Sales Ledger Manager.
