Our client, an established and award-winning IT Security & Consultancy firm are looking to appoint a highly-driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the business going forward.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the UK sales teams efforts to ensure successful new business development, further adding to the company's impressive client portfolio across the UK, Ireland, EMEA & North America.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. Your core focus will be on building and driving growth in the lead generation function. Managing a team of UK based internal sales executives and Global external lead generation agents, you will be the driver of lead generation campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels increasing leads, appointments and tracking ROI.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in driving marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness through SEO, social media, PR, events direct marketing and developing sales support collateral.

Key Attributes Required:

·Previous experience in B2B is a must and experience working for an IT Company or in IT Security will be an advantage.

·Previous experience in working with a smaller, growing, dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

·Team player, happily working in and motivating teams for success.

·Previous experience in SEO, social media, content marketing and digital direct marketing.

·Managing the marketing budget and delivering ROI.

·A strong creative outlook with excellent copywriting skills.

·High attention to detail. Be the ‘protector of the brand’ at all times. Responsibility for maintaining brand management and the Company's corporate identity.

·Dynamic, high energy individual with a desire to make a real difference to our business and looking for a long-term and exciting career.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday during office hours. The company is offering a generous basic salary, plus performance-related bonus, as well as additional benefits such as company pension scheme, company share option scheme, increased holidays for additional years' service, annual eye tests, and entertainment and social activities.
