PfP Capital has recently been established as a new subsidiary of Places for People Group to undertake fund management. We are looking for an aspiring Investment Manager to help us identify and source new acquisitions of residential property for the fund, and in time, deal with disposals of stock in line with the fund’s business plan.

What your role will be

You will work the senior management team and our recently appointed Investment Director to identify opportunities which meet the fund’s investment strategy. You will build and maintain relationships with agents; developers; housebuilders; other funds and investors; and, the wider PfP Group.

Your background

In an ideal world we would love you have experience and a track record in a similar role, however we understand more than most how competitive this market is therefore we are open to application from aspiring property/investment professionals who have the desire to take on such a challenging role.

If you already have an investment background probably gained as an Investment Analyst you will need to have an active interest in property and understand the challenges and opportunities presented in the current market be that in the emerging BTR market or the growing PRS. Alternatively if you are coming from the property sector, as say a Portfolio Manager, you will need a highly analytical mind and be able to understand (and in time create) complex investment models in Excel.
