Our turnover is £350m each year and we’re in the process of growing our property investment programme to £400m each year. To get the most from our investments we’ve some big ambitions for improving how we capture and analyse data around the development programme. 


This is a new role, and will spearhead our transformation. You’ll work with colleagues in our financial planning team, technology department and investment teams to design and create the data structures we need. Initially, we’ll be looking for significant improvements in the automation of processes. Into the medium term the role will balance out to include more data analytics. 


You’ll be part of our “treasury & risk” department, which includes financial planning as well as corporate risk management. 




  • Have 3+ years’ experience as data analyst or equivalent
  • Have excellent working knowledge of VBA, SQL and Excel
  • Possess good technical and analytical skills
  • Have the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines
  • Have a high level of personal integrity and tenacity in the conduct of your work. 

Other useful information  


Experience of using Cognos is desirable but not essential for the role. 


Experience of working in social housing or property is not necessary for this role. 


Although this role is a full time we would consider four days a week instead of five days a week for the right candidate.
