Administrator - Advanced Excel 12 month contract
Our client based in Kings hill is looking to recruit an Administrator with advanced Excel on a fixed term 12 month contract
The role will encompass the following duties:
Act as the day to day customer contact, providing reports, data, telephone support to the team
*Data Collection - The collection, manipulation and validation of data from a variety of sources.
*Portfolio management - be the main day to day customer contact, providing reports, data, telephone support and advice to the customers, updating account details and providing exceptional customer service.
*Customer and Supplier relations - To work with both customers and suppliers to resolve billing queries and data quality issues
*Reporting - To report on cost and consumption, to identify gaps in the data and rectify anomalies
*The ideal candidate must display key attention to detail, willingness to work through large amounts of data and be confident in requesting information and raising issues with suppliers.
*Must be super confident with Excel and have the confidence and ability to quickly learn new databases, procedures and computer systems.
You will work within the Customer Relations Team, reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong team player
This role is available with an immediate start, however the company are prepared to wait for the right person
