ICT 1st Line Support Analyst Location: Trowbridge Salary: £22,332 Closing Date: Sunday 15 October 2017 37 Hours per week Closing Date: 15 October 2017 The Selwood Housing Group is an award winning diverse organisation covering affordable housing, home ownership, repairs and tenant support. It's a great time to join us! As ICT 1st Line Support Analyst you will become part of an ambitious programme of change and an expanding department. You will contribute to our strategy by delivering an excellent support service to our Selwood Group staff. If you would like to be part of our journey you will need to demonstrate a minimum of `three of the following: - A basic IT qualification e.g. BTEC or other vocational qualification - 1+ years' experience in a support role providing a 1st line service directly to end users - 1+ years in a technical role outside of ICT using transferrable skills including problem solving and customer service - A relevant professional qualification such as MCP or ITIL - A qualification from a professional body such as CompTIA or BCS - Clear evidence of ongoing personal and professional development You will maintain a positive customer centred approach at all times, be well organised, able to clearly articulate instructions to customers, and have good prioritisation skills.
