Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to start as soon as possible for our client based in Kidderminster. This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be confident and a detail-oriented professional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Ensure all invoices received are approved
- Code and Post invoices/credit notes
- Ensuring adherence to procedures and payment terms
- Query resolution
- Statement Reconciliation
- Liaising with a range of external suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
Previous purchase ledger / accounts payable experience is essential to your success within this role along with previous SAP software experience.
