The team is responsible for the maintenance, development and integration of hardware and software throughout a multi-national Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of PC infrastructure within the Company and will be first point of contact for IT assistance. Key activities will include - - Providing network support e.g. PC and printer connectivity - Microsoft Office support - Managing the telephone systems - Implementing new hardware/software and associated maintenance - Problem resolution - Supporting application software You will have a knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 and Office 2016 and have proven diagnostics and trouble shooting skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to deal with end users and a diploma in an ICT related field or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.
