Purchase Ledger Administrator
A 4 month temporary contract for an accounts payable administrator, based in Alfreton. Entry level, £8-£8.50
Your new company
You will be working for a nationwide public sector organisation, based at the Alfreton site. You will be joining a large team of ledger clerks and will report into the purchase ledger manager. Due to a large backlog, an accounts payable administrator is required to assist with ad-hoc duties and assist the smooth operation of the team.
Your new role
You will be required to assist with ad-hoc duties within the accounts payable department. You will work with large volumes of data and will be required to process invoice uploads whilst working closely with excel and manipulating data using v-look ups and pivots. You will be required to cover for any gaps in the team and will need to quickly familiarise yourself with the system used.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a purchase ledger environment is a big advantage, strong excel capability is an essential skill for this role.
