Responsibilities for the HCM Implementation Consultant include: - Taking a lead functional role in assignments and building trusted client relationships - Conducting discovery sessions with clients to determine pain points and diagnose how you can provide value and how the implementation can achieve return on investment - Managing the client implementation process through effective use of change control and adhering to project management standards of the company - Taking ownership for drafting and developing the project plan - Documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artefacts - Configuring the HCM platform to meet customer requirements - Budgetary Control and Management - Preparing project documentation - Preparing and delivering end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption Desired Skills and Experience for theHCM Implementation Consultant: - Self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organisation - The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds - Ability to materially contribute to RFQ's and tender documents - Knowledge of HCM applications such as Workday, ADP, CoreHR, Cascade HR, Sage HR, Northgate HR, Ceridian, MidlandHR, Oracle HCM, Agresso HR, Successfactors, Lumesse, Saba, Sumtotal, Cornerstone, Kenexa, Infor HCM or other HR/HCM/Talent Management solution - An education to degree level or higher - Aptitude to understand functional business processes - Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements - Strong written and verbal presentation skills - Project Management experience - Willingness to travel and work variable hours - on occasion, you will be required to stay away from home for short periods of time - Salesforce Experience would be advantageous - Ability to manage complex customer relationships
