Learning and Development Analyst
This is a 12 months contract, which could become permanent down the line. A great opportunity to work in a corporate environment supporting a globally mobile group of employees with development, professional, technical and personal.
Based in central London five days a week and only on an employed basis rather than consultancy.
There will be a lot of administration and so you must have previous experience with preparing reports, budgeting, forecasting and supporting with compliance obligations.
Supporting with promoting the use of development tools and assessment centres. reporting on individual usage and monitoring of skills gaps. Coordination of employee development assessment centres.
Assist with the completion of internal surveys, training, development initiatives and performance programmes. Preparing presentations. Participate in the delivery of workshops and knowledge sharing.
Preparing training schedules, costings, expenses related to training, relationships with suppliers, venues and catering etc
You will have previous training experience, good communication skills, excellent PowerPoint and excel
