They are a highly skilled team have over a decade of experience providing expert IT consultancy, comprehensive IT support and bespoke IT solutions. Their client-centric services are tailored to your unique business needs, from custom software solutions to full network development projects. Having recently had a number of staff progress within the company they are now keen to take on a new group of IT apprentices, to grow and develop within the business. This role will suit someone with good communications skills and customer service is a large part of the role, has a deep interest in IT and technology and is keen on a career and not just a job. Key Responsibilities: - First point of contact for support helpdesk - Logging and assigning support calls through our *G2BMS ticket system/software - Assisting with 1st line support requests with a gradual build to 2nd line requests - Follow standard helpdesk procedures and adhere to SLA's - Testing and fixing faulty equipment - Doing backup checks and fixes - Assisting with regular server maintenance, AV installs and disk space reviews Required Skills: - A good understanding of IT - An interest in marketing - Experience using Microsoft packages - Knowledge of backing up files and installing/uninstalling OS - Personal qualities - Good attention to detail - Positive, can-do attitude - Interest in digital marketing and social media Qualification: - 5 A*-C GCSEs, a Level 2 in IT or equivalent qualifications.
