Parts Administrator£9 p/h rising to £10 p/h after 6 months + Pension + Holidays + Bank HolidaysLutonParts Administrator role available for distribution partner of a market leading manufacturer who offer long term career stability.To apply for this role you must have previous administration experience from ANY sector. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience.This role is predominantly in house and you will be responsible for liaising with the service department to ensure that all engineers have all parts required to complete their jobs on site and in the workshop. You will be required to source and order parts from suppliers, some of which are abroad. Estimations of service fees and costings of materials will be part of your remit.This is a great opportunity to join a growing but friendly company who offer a secure opportunity.The Role:*Liaising with service department to understand engineer requirements*Preparing and placing purchase orders; receiving, inspecting and storing items*Interpret customer requirements for spare parts, assuring the part numbers are correct and the orders are then loaded onto the system.* Maintain appropriate administration and filing systems. The Person:*2 years' experience administration experience*Excellent communication skills*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office*Live commutable to Luton
