Macildowie Finance are working with a well respected International brand name based in Central Leicester to recruit a Finance Manager.
You will be working for a market leading business with a multi national presence, you will be joining the business at a very exciting time, following two major acquisitions in recent years.
You will need to be a highly charismatic and experienced line manager with a passion for staff development, streamlining processes and embedding controls.
You will be responsible for:
Leadership of a team of 4 coaching, development and performance coaching.
Supervising and reviewing the outputs of the team reconciliations, financial statements, period end submissions month/year end.
Providing subject matter expertise for the whole business on regulatory/compliance guidelines and frameworks.
Reconciliations and journals for period end reporting.
Project accounting for various complex and exciting transactions/acquisitions.
Providing guidance on process improvement and best practice utilising process reengineering/development to streamline and make efficiency gains.
Liaising and assisting with audit process both internal and external.
To be considered for this role you must be/have:
Experience within multi-national/currency environments
Previous line management experience is essential
