Job Title: Technical Support Analyst Location: London Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 pa (dependent on experience) + travel card + pension We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Analyst to work with a fast leading print managment company in Central London. This organisation are looking to recruit in their small but extremely successul solutions division. This role involves pre and post-sales support for the implementation and management of solutions. Providing advanced professional and consultative technical support to the organisations client base across the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Complete onsite and remote software installation and configurations - Provide diagnostic, troubleshooting and resolution strategies - Work with clients and solution vendors to locate and resolve product issues - Handle support tickets escalations over the phone and email from service delivery managers The ideal candidate: - Excellent problem solving skills with a methodical and logical approach to support - Experience of fulfilling a similar role within the document solutions/print industry is highly advantageous - Familiarity of Windows environments - Familiarity of Firewall and Networking concepts - Network + and CCNA - Excellent customer service skills Interested?
