Mission Statement "We will help our customers make customer communications a more profitable process" Main role/ responsibilities - Ensure that work is undertaken to meet clients' requirements and completed to meet agreed schedules and acceptable quality levels - Liaise with the Client Services on issues relating to document production - Maintain standards for support and documentation - Monitor work to find better and more efficient ways of working - Adhere to Quality, I.T. security, Health and Safety and Environmental standards As directed, undertake a work programme in the appropriate apprentice scheme to develop an understanding of the Inbound Mail business including: - All aspects of mail processing - Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager - Develop understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients - Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands - General administrative duties relating to the apprentice scheme - Complete training and projects to time and to the appropriate standard - Monitor sending of production email campaigns - Carry out quality checks on finished work - Housekeeping - Test and check work - Develop understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients - Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands - General administrative duties relating to the apprentice scheme - Complete training and projects to time and to the appropriate standard - To support the introduction and implementation of new products and changes to existing products into the Production environment - To support change control for Production & client service team - Supporting multiple environments/ platforms in relation to live work processing onto print queues, reporting issues - Controlling & Promoting resources pertaining to live & development environments across multiple clients/ platforms - Maintaining System Integrity / Administration processes - Maintaining documentation for Procedures - Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager - Develop understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients - Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands Qualities / essential requirements - Effective Communication skills - both oral and written - Proven development skills and keen attention to detail - Ability to plan and prioritise activities aligned to changing demands - Able to meet the entry requirements of the NVQ course, and to attend and undertake the studying and coursework required to complete the course - Able to communicate both written and orally, good attention to detail and to present information clearly and concisely - Able and willing to follow instruction and learn new tasks - Able to work flexibly as part of a team - Willing to learn and to take responsibility for their own development - Willing to organise own workload - Able to attend work at the required times - Commitment to completing the apprenticeship! Desired Qualification 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
