Lloyd Recruitment Services are happy to be working with a leading and international organisation, who are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator, to work within their Finance Department. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, the successful individual will join the Finance team and be responsible for the day to day running of the fast-paced and busy AR function which will include processing invoices for major customers / clients, along with reconciliations and billing duties. Duties - Preparing invoices for customers - Updating databases - Reviewing documents and contracts - Producing reports - Following up on outstanding debts - Tracks shipments and performs reconciliations of billings and purchase orders/contracts - Participates in documentation of billing processes and is knowledgeable of contracts, specifically billing terms and conditions. - Assists in the development and maintenance of the Sales Order Database. Experience Required: - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Administrator (or similar) - Experience of SAP Billing - Fully IT proficient on MS Office - Confident Communicator - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent attention to detail - Able to work to deadlines Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications Lloyd Recruitment Services receive, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
