Helpdesk Support. 1st and 2nd Line. This is an Helpdesk Support position for a candidate with a background in Windows Technologies. This role will offer team leader training and career opportunity You will join a Managed Services Provider based in the heart of the city with offices in the most iconic buildings around London. The successful individual will be responsible for dealing with and fielding all1st and2nd line calls that relate to supporting our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as basic Windows desktop and server support, network, and telephone support management. The role will predominantly be to manage our all 1st line and 2nd line calls on our support helpdesk but will also be client facing and will be based within one of our offices in the City of London and West End. This role will see you join a team of 4 Helpdesk Engineers supporting Windows / Desktops / Windows Servers - Exchange Server and Active Directory and Office 365 for clients based in the City and the West End. You will install Windows 7 you will support Windows 8 you will troubleshoot Windows 10 you will set up Windows 365 Migrations and you will manage your own client calls and escalation tickets all the way through to resolution point keeping the customer updated at all times with regards to the solution of the problem. This company has a team of 10 Field Engineers / Consultants and the next career step for you is to leave the Helpdesk and move into the Consultancy Team visiting Client sites face to face. This role will also offer Exchange Server Administration training and Active Directory Training.
