Mission Statement "We will help our customers make customer communications a more profitable process" Main role/ responsibilities - To undertake a development programme leading to successful completion of an apprenticeship - To actively participate in their own development plan which will be agreed with the line manager and the assessor from the training provider As directed, undertake a work programme in the appropriate apprentice scheme to develop an understanding of the business including: - All aspects of mail processing - Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager. - Develop understanding of the impact of the work we carry out on customers and clients - Develop an understanding of our customer and clients demands - General administrative duties relating to the apprentice scheme - Complete training and projects to time and to the appropriate standard Experience and activities to include: - ISO 9001 quality standards - Transition to the 2015 standard - Implementation - Controls / risk / reviews - Internal / external auditing - Objectives - Reporting - Customer complaints - Investigations - Root cause analysis - Q-Pulse management - Writing responses - Liaising with clients - Trend analysis - Supplier issues - Liaising with suppliers on non-conforming products - Building reports Qualities / essential requirements - Effective Communication skills - both oral and written - Proven development skills and keen attention to detail - Ability to plan and prioritise activities aligned to changing demands - Able to meet the entry requirements of the NVQ course, and to attend and undertake the studying and coursework required to complete the course - Able to communicate both written and orally, good attention to detail and to present information clearly and concisely - Able and willing to follow instruction and learn new tasks - Able to work flexibly as part of a team - Willing to learn and to take responsibility for their own development - Willing to organise own workload - Able to attend work at the required times - Commitment to completing the apprenticeship! Desired Qualification 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
