Management Accountant - £26-30,000 - Tiverton Recruiters often talk about the urgency of their vacancies, usually unnecessarily. This one really is; we need to fulfil this assignment now! We're looking for up and coming Management Accountant to join our long term clients' business. They're an interesting and diverse company specialising in both manufacturing and retail (trade and public). They've got a great, well established brand, but more importantly to the successful candidate, an excellent track record in staff retention, training and development. They're a happy bunch, who'll be even happier when they've filled this job. You'll play an integral role within a large finance team (by Devon standards), assisting in the production and ongoing analysis of detailed management information for a variety of business streams. You'll probably be an accomplished Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or a recent Management Accountant. Either way you'll possess great all round experience and the ability to trawl through financial information to pick out what's relevant to the senior management team. Working closely with the Financial Controller and a team of managers operating both in and out of finance, you'll require the confidence and interpersonal skills to articulate complex accounting data into everyday presentations whilst leading and influencing non finance staff as to the mechanics of a successful finance function. Experience is key here, qualification is secondary. We're open to receiving the details of AAT qualified, part professionally qualified or those who simply have the vocational experience to perform the role. Good IT skills are a must - the company utilises a bespoke finance package so a good aptitude to pickup new systems will be essential. We've been asked to get this one moving quickly so please don't hesitate to get in touch, even if you're CV isn't yet the finished article. Discuss further with Dan Saunders quoting reference DS3910.
