The Background

We are seeking a 6 month fixed term contract Client Reporting Technician to join an existing team of 7. The team is recognised as delivering market leading reports and as such interacts with many areas of the business making the role an excellent opportunity to develop great working relationships across the company.

The Team

The Client Reporting team forms part of the wider Commercial area, which is a growing department, and maintains close relationships with the other teams within Commercial, allowing for knowledge sharing, resource and development opportunities and opportunities to be involved in a wide variety of work on a day to day basis as well a good view of the strategic direction of Workplace Benefits and CBS.

The Person

The Client Reporting Technician will have responsibility for producing accurate and timely reports across our Unisure, My Money and NGP platforms. These should be of excellent quality, and within our KPIs and client SLA. This is varied job which would appeal to someone who thrives on data analysis and deadline driven work. The candidate should be very confident at working with excel.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production of client reports within SLA – ensuring that reports are issued in accordance with requirements, and to an agreed level of quality.Stakeholder management – managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining these relationships.Procedure and Process management – ensure that up to date and accurate procedures are in place and maintained, and that processes are efficient and effective, making improvements as necessary to allow the team to take on additional work by driving efficiencies.Change Management – Support the team to incorporate any change, whether system, regulatory or to continue to enhance our reporting proposition.Skills & Experience required

A level as a minimum or equivalent.Strong experience in stakeholder management, customer service and the Financial Services Market. Knowledge of the pension industry is preferred. Experience within a reporting environment would be desirable.Very strong MS Excel skills.Strong Word and Powerpoint skills.Strong data analysis skills.What will I get from this role
