Mission: Design, implement and lead global marketing strategy and re-branding of the Company and its products and services. Main Duties: - Oversee the product marketing team to ensure successful internal and external communication around product releases, development of product collateral and presentations, writing of customer success stories, and general product messaging and positioning. - Work alongside customer success managers to help define and automate retention and account growth. - Manage and orchestrate demand generation activities using a wide variety of tactics, events, online, email, social etc. - Work closely with management to develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy for different product lines. - Successfully lead and motivate remote international marketing teams and guide them towards building and managing best-in-class demand generation programs - using the right mix of inbound, broad-based, account-based, and paid media strategies - to optimize lead-to-opportunity-to-deal funnel and drive pipeline for the business. - Closely collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on program strategy, execution, and key KPIs. - Be responsible for marketing spends and manage marketing reporting and demonstrating marketing assisted revenue growth. - Drive strong alignment with marketing operations on key metrics, including marketing performance, measurement, process definition, and marketing systems and data. Required profile: - A stellar academic background, Bachelor degree, and marketing qualification - Prior experience working with and/or HubSpot preferred - At least 5 years managing Marketing team preferably within Technology Company. - Deep familiarity with demand gen, content development and event marketing processes, and have a track record for developing high-quality marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools. - Excellent public speaking and writing skills, the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, and the ability to lead multiple, concurrent-marketing projects. - Technology / software background with strong solution selling knowledge a plus. - Experience managing remote team - English as a mother tongue. - The position will require traveling 50% of the time.
