Our Client are a hugely successful International Property Business. Due to recent changes in their central Finance Team based on the outskirts of Leeds, the business is looking for some interim support for a 3 - 6 month period to work on a couple of their high profile, UK based projects.

The business is looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Accountant that demonstrates very strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Looking after the financial reporting for a couple of PFI projects.
Reporting to and managing relationships with external investors, tenants, and facilities management providers.

Provision of regular monthly information as well as ad hoc reports as required.
The role will mainly work out of the Leeds office but there will be UK wide travel required with occasional overnight stays.
