Marketing Manager

The client is a highly successful business, in the midst of a significant expansion phase. They operate B2B and B2C, selling services on an international basis.

Marketing is critical to raising brand profile, penetrating new verticals, and generating consistent levels of quality leads, ensuring that these are nurtured effectively, and there is an effective customer journey across all channels through to conversion.

The role will manage marketing campaigns across both online/digital and traditional media channels, acquiring new customers and driving loyalty amongst exiting clients.The customer base ranges from SME’s to corporate enterprises across multiple sectors, and so marketing needs to be highly targeted, and campaigns and content tailored and measurable. The mix includes: Email, SEO, Paid Media/PPC, social media, online and offline content, PR, brand management, events/exhibitions, and market research. The role manages a small team, and external agencies, and will work closely with the commercial sales team.

The role would suit a graduate calibre candidate with broad marketing experience, and strong digital skills, gained in a B2B environment. You must be self-motivated and hands-on, and importantly must approach marketing with a both a commercial and creative attitude. A marketing qualification is desirable, and you will ideally have managed or coordinated a small team, or individuals.
