Parts Manager - Land Rover York The Role The Parts Manager is responsible for maximizing parts sold through trade and retail while ensuring a high level of service to the workshop. We are looking for a candidate to oversee a team of 3 Parts Advisors, 1 Parts Supervisor, and 2 Parts Drivers. The Parts Manager will grow our trade business, while consistently providing an exemplary service to our retail and internal customers. Role Requirements To be a success in this role, you will have Knowledge of Automotive Retail Industry Demonstration of Product Knowledge Be Computer Literate Your Responsibilities Ensure stock replenishment system is in place Periodic reviews of all pricing in parts Conduct market analysis and adjust parts pricing if necessary Develop and Issues stocktaking instructions for annual or cyclical stock-taking activities Produce & review variance reports and identify if within tolerance levels Investigate all anomalies resulting from stock count Ensure results are transferred to internal audit team and review periodically Identify obsolete stock and potential obsolete stock Benefits Parts Managers will receive guaranteed base salary, plus an excellent bonus structure, we also offer great benefits including: 22 days holiday, rising to 25 after 5 year Company car Company pension scheme Life assurance Childcare voucher scheme Discount gym membership Vehicle purchase discount Employee Advantage - retail discounts with over 3000 retailers Cycle to work scheme
