General Manager We have a fantastic role for the right talented General Manager based in Maidstone Town Centre area. We are looking for a General Manager that has a background in Hotels, Restaurants or Coffee - You will report into the General Manager and look after the following - - 1 x Restaurant's (That Serve Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - 3 x Food Concessions (These are more grab and go but there is a Table service within this) - 1 x Coffee Shop - + Pop ups in summer £35,000 - £38,000 + Package + Progression As a Operations Manager you will be working for the UK`s leading travel destination business's who believes in making a difference! Requirements for a General Manager - Catering & Retail - You must be exceptionally presentable - Experience of managing a team in excess of 20 - Have retail hospitality experience - Accountability and experience of P&L budget management - You will be a real foodie!
