As the Digital Analyst, your duties will be to: - Make recommendations for improved online / digital performance for users. - Be proactive in briefing out requests for information/analyses and ensure high calibre outputs are delivered on time. - Partner and be a subject matter expert across department. - Make commercially sound recommendations based on analytical findings. - Manage web analytic projects from initial analysis to implementation (covering Site Operations reporting, Multi-Variant testing, Email and Customer Journey). - Research and implement recommendations to improve web data hygiene. - Manage a junior member of the team. - Deliver reports and dashboards as and when required. - Assist in the training and development of technical skills of others within the Insight Team. To be a successful Digital Analyst you will have the following skills and experience: - Experience within a similar role. - Proven success in e-commerce and analysing channels. - Proven success in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders well. - Excellent business partnering skills. - Experience of managing projects from start to finish. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Practical application of a web analytics tool (for example Adobe analytics, Celebrus or Google Analytics). - Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload and working to tight deadlines. - Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential. - Experience of SQL or Python, R or other analytical programming languages is also desirable. - Experience of (next generation) BI tools such as Qlikview, Tableau or Power BI is also desirable.
