Zoopla Marketing Services is a new rapidly growing department within ZPG, established to provide digital marketing solutions to ZPG`s clients. Working within the Commercial Email Marketing team, this Campaign Executive will be responsible for managing and delivering the entire email campaign process for their clients.The Email Marketing team is growing both in terms of client base and product offering, providing several opportunities for growth within this role. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, this is a critical role to ensure on-target delivery and revenue growth for this high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full accountability for managing the entire email campaign process for your clients.
  • Managing campaign schedules of up to 100 campaigns per week, ensuring all client requirements are met and campaigns are delivered correctly.
  • Quoting for new business, processing client orders and updating client records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Thoroughly proofing and testing email campaigns through Litmus and amending HTML creatives where necessary.
  • Monitoring and interpreting campaign results to provide useful and meaningful feedback.
  • Advising clients on campaign tactics, email creatives and best practice to continually improve campaign performance, and actively implementing solutions to optimise email campaigns.
  • Tracking the number of bookings, booking volumes and revenue for your clients and implementing strategies to convert further business.
  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients in order to grow your client base and revenue stream.
  • Building strong relationships with the sales team and acting as a conduit between sales and the client for campaign processing and best practise advice.
  • Completing strategic projects/ tasks to support the team as and when the need arises.

Highly Beneficial:
  • Experience coding HTML for email campaigns, including responsive design
  • Ability to develop reusable code and modular templates
  • Knowledge of DreamWeaver and Photoshop
  • Experience working with ESPs - specifically Responsys
  • Prior marketing or account management experience - especially within email marketing or an agency context
  • Experience with high level data entry and working within strict processes
