As an Opticians Manager of a leading store, your role will revolve around customer service and exceeding targets. In this particular role you would need to be very personable and be able to understand the wants/needs of every customer as they vary from person to person. Motivating and leading a team is a responsibility of an Opticians Manager also. Client Details The client is a market leader within the optical sector. Very well known and have been established for many years. Description As an Opticians Manager your roles would include the following: - Customer service - High standards of product quality - Exceeding KPI's - Leading and managing a team - General running of store - Keeping productivity at a high standard - Maintaining brand loyalty - Creating brand awareness - Being flexible in dealing with each particular customer - Delivering on demand Profile To be a Opticians Manager you would have had similar experience in a management role, including cluster or regional management. Having opticians experience is preferred. Job Offer For the right candidate the client is willing to offer up to £28,000.00K, dependant on experience and also performance at interviews.
