The role is based in Buckinghamshire, UK. Technical Support Administrator Responsibilities - To support the clinical team with the creation and maintenance of all the clinical assessment algorithms that form part of the decision support products - Maintain the supporting documentation and audit trail associated with each review cycle - To help manage the end to end process from the creating a new algorithm or updating an existing assessment algorithm, to managing the independent clinical reviewers and coordinating the process of promoting new assessments in to production - Coordinate and liaise with the external independent clinical reviewers Skills required - Clinical background, either as a nurse administrator, academic assistant, clinical librarian, or project/team coordinator within clinical/healthcare related sector - Strong communicator with excellent language skills and eye for detail - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Personable and comfortable working in any environment and at all levels in the organisation and interacting with our clients and external clinical specialists - With appropriate training willing to work with specialist software including but not exclusively - Microsoft Visio, Sharepoint, Sites and Visual Studio, Zotero and proprietary software Please note that in order to apply for this role, you must be eligible to work in the UK.
