Are you a Frontend Python Developer? Do you have experience working within a high growth startup? Do you enjoy working within an Agile environment? Leading Talent are partnering with NESTA shortlisted Fintech start-up business, who are currently seeking a Python Developer to join a team of 3. The business operates as an online marketplace for companies looking for funding, or loans to further their business objectives. they are the Money Supermarket of the commercial lending world. The business is just about to start another round of funding in September but boast of a 300% increase in revenue in the last 12 months with room to grow the headcount fivefold from the current number at 27. Role Definition As a Python Developer, you will be working across a number of business-critical projects: - - Implementing a brand new - - Migrating a large existing dataset to Salesforce - - Refining our matching algorithm - - Integrations with third parties (Salesforce, Twilio, Slack, Optimizely, Google Analytics, various Lenders) Being a customer-centric business, their next immediate goals are further integrations with data providers, improving our customer journey, and automating internal processes Knowledge & Skills Required: - Must have experience as a frontend Python Developer. - Proven ability on Python 3 and desirable experience in: - o Django - o Git - o Salesforce CRM - o Jquery/Bootstrap/ES6 - o JsonSchema - o AWS/Linux - Experience in a start-up environment is preferred but not essential. - Passion for creating excellent customer journeys.
