My client, a well-respected market leader in their chosen field is recruiting for a new position based in their prestigious Nottingham offices Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a seasoned Service Desk / 1st Line, front-line support / customer service orientated individual to sit as the first port of call on a support desk. The organisation creates bespoke software to the legal and financial industries and as such any support calls that come through will be based on this IT solution. The application is created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and your customer service capabilities will be first class. Added to that, you will have demonstrable experience working on a service desk or 1st Line support - ideally in a software orientated environment - this is more like application support rather than desktop You will have an inquisitive mind and a problem-solving attitude. You will not just be fielding calls, but ideally acting as the first line to solve the problems. Experience with support financial solutions / applications or more interestingly, legal software or legal solutions will push your application to the top of the pile.
