Digital Product Owner .Our client , based in Northampton but commutable from Bedford , Rugby , Milton Keynes and Coventry are looking for a Digital Product Owner / Multichannel Development Lead . They are a rapidly growing Multi Channel FTSE100 group with a diverse market proposition and customer base. Salary is competitive plus car allowance (4500) + 15% bonus , private healthcare for you and family and pension and other benefits . Have you knowledge of working as a PO or BA and are looking for a fantastic chance to work as a Digital Product Owner? They are looking for a positive self starter who has the ability to juggle multiple priorities so that they can lead and manage all multichannel development. You'd deliver agreed features within time and budget deadlines minimising manual workarounds and production defects. Role sits within IT but also part of Marketing so ideally with a background in website development , working in an Agile methodology and be a confident assertive person . Duties include: - Taking the leadership role to shape the development of our future capability:- - Prioritise business needs & requirements to support proposition & strategy development & delivery - Assist the engineering teams in identifying the optimal solution to meet business requirements - Assisting the Engineering teams in the creation of detailed user stories to minimise re-engineering effort and provide total clarity of our requirements - Ensuring the features that are developed are fit for purpose and tested rigorously before deployment - Assist in prioritising the backlog, ensuring that every feature we develop has a return on investment (ROI) commensurate with the investment. Ensuring that we define upfront 'what the return/measurable benefit' will be from every feature and ensuring that we have tracking and measurement in place to assess this. - Help ensure quality and viability of the Multichannel requirement being designed and developed. Ensure developments bring value to the business and deliver against revenue targets and other defined KPIs - Lead the engineering teams to continually improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of their work - Ownership of the implementation of all multichannel development - making the pragmatic calls needed to 'remove the obstacles' to ensure that we develop the required capability in an appropriate sequence and on-time. - Developing a strong collaborative relationship with the wider team/stakeholders, ensuring that we are able to communicate/update progress, decisions, assumptions and performance about the project features we are focussed on at any given time - Pro active identification of new trends and opportunities which will result in increased sales & conversion opportunities - Exploring and executing tactical options to realise these benefits - real test and learn mentality - Take feedback from customers and Trading team to drive future improvements - Support business testing of IT developments where required to ensure production defects are minimised - Manage all production defects and live issues through to resolution, prioritising appropriately where required What they can offer you!
