An exciting position in a Secondary school in the centre of Bradford has emerged for a passionate and dedicated Graduate to work as an EAL Teaching Assistant for the next academic year. MFL Teaching Assistant - Graduate Teaching Assistant role - Ideal for Language graduate / TEFL experience - Supporting EAL students/international new arrivals - Ideal experience prior to teacher training - Excellent guidance and support offered - Earn £300 per week - Great links to public transport/ staff car park MFL Teaching Assistant- MFL Graduate (French & Spanish) This exciting post offers a recent graduate a great opportunity to join a thriving Secondary School in Bradford working with students in KS3 and KS4. The role will involve you running 1:1 intervention sessions and slowly build up to small group as your confidence grows. Your role will be to bring on literacy skills with those students struggling with language. You will be able to work with international new arrivals to support their transition and reading, writing and verbal communication. To be successfully appointed to this MFL Teaching Assistant role, you will need to have a degree from a UK institution, ideally Russell Group, with a minimum 2:1 result and strong A Levels. Additional skills are always welcome, so if you are able to speak another language, and/or have experience working and living abroad, so that you can engage with students who are in a similar situation.
