Our client based in Richmond is looking to recruit an Accounts/Office Manager to join their business. Working within a small office they are needing someone who is versatile who is able to look after the day to day accounts as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly. Duties will include:

  • Maintaining financial records including entering invoices, general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations and paying suppliers
  • Payroll
  • Preparing reports
  • Generating monthly management accounts
  • Monitoring budgets
  • VAT returns
  • Assisting with HR
  • General administration
  • Candidates will need to have a good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and have worked in a similar role previously. You will be proactive, able to take responsibility and have a hard working, good humoured ethos.

    In return the company is able to pay a salary of c£22,000. Working hours are 8am-4pm with an early finish on Friday.
