What are we looking for? We are looking to employ a Commercial Manager to join our Lendlease Consultancy business on a permanent basis. As Commercial Manager, you will operate individually and be responsible for the preparation of purchasing reports, receipts and acknowledgement of materials and supplies. You will contribute to the preparation of internal construction works reporting and the implementation and maintenance of proper documentation, systems and processes. Preparation of construction works contracts to support efficient site management activities. Lendlease Consultancy are experiencing significant growth in Rail and Transportation a sector that we have had a strong foothold in since 1990's with clients such as Department for Transport (DfT) , London Underground (LUL), Transport for London (TfL), Network Rail, Thameslink and train operating companies (TOC's). Required Skills: A Construction related Degree (Such as Project Management / Engineering / Building Studies - HNC/HND/BSc etc.) Experienced Commercial Management within Rail (ideally signalling / telecoms / civils) in the UK Work Winning or Bid Experience is desirable Experience of the rail sector What do we offer?
