Financial Controller required for a well-established client in Maidenhead. The successful candidate must be qualified to ACA or ACCA level and have previous experience in a similar position for a medium sized organisation. Salary dependant on experience This position is a vital member of the management team and is responsible for overseeing the financial analysis and controls necessary for business functionality. Day to day duties to include: - Review of bank reconciliations - Conducting weekly planning meeting - Preparation and maintenance of 12 month rolling cashflow forecast incorporating predicted sales receipts from credit control - Review of debtor's ledgers - Review outstanding accounting activities - Review of mid-month, month-end and sweep up supplier payments - Review of / plan of action for retentions ledger - Review of monthly payroll data as prepared by accounts supervisor - Review of trial balance and management accounts as prepared by accounts supervisor & trial balance submission - Conduct monthly budget variance analysis against AOP results and present results to director - Review of accrued income spreadsheet - Completion of quarterly management accounts - Completion and submission of the management pack - Preparation of annual budget - Preparation of year-end audit file as well as assistance to external auditors through the audit process - Preparation and submission of the company P11d liabilities Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills that they identify.
