The Role

As Senior Product Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for articulating value propositions, campaign execution, as well as influencing the wider marketing strategy. You’ll be working very closely with the sales and product teams in articulating value propositions, creating product positioning and sales enablement materials to support go to market campaigns.

As a member of the marketing team your focus is on partnering with the organization to deliver its strategy and lead by example in upholding the organisation’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand role of marketing in sales enablement and product positioning
  • Experience in producing product marketing materials.
  • Ability to execute on product positioning and articulating value propositions and on execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with the brand strategy
  • Be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing campaigns with APAC and America
  • Develop new campaigns for lead generation
  • Manage event planning and coordination for EMEA region
  • Manage PR agencies portfolio while maintaining a strong business relationship
  • Coordinate and supervise Salesforce administration and reporting
  • A comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth
  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
  • Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Senior Management Team
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function
  • Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations
  • Experience

  • Experience in a senior (product) marketing role, ideally in both SME and start-up contexts
  • Experience managing a marketing budget, spend and establishing break-even
  • An understanding of behavioural drivers, able to turn these insights into opportunities for us as a brand and business
  • Able to hit the ground running, organise team members and delegate effectively. Ideally team management experience
  • Relevant domain experience in Fintech, technology or data selling/marketing into financial services development)
  • Qualification

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent, preferably with business/marketing relevant degree, or post graduate qualifications.
