A 6 month fixed term contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a Alfreton based business, £11-£13 p/h
Your new company
You will be working for a nationwide public sector organisation, based at the Alfreton site working with a large accounts payable team. You will be required to assist with a large volume of accounts of varying volumes and values. Due to a backlog, a highly experienced candidate is now required to work within the team on a 6 month basis.
Your new role
You will be required to assist with various accounts and will have responsibility from day 1. You will be managing supplier debt, resolving queries and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders. You will also be tasked to process, reconcile and pay supplier invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you need to have a background in an accounts payable environment and will need knowledge of high volume and value processing - along with a proven record of success. You must be proficient in the use of excel, and must be a willing team player able to be flexible to the demands of the wider department.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous hourly rate of £11-£13 an hour and will receive holiday allowance in accordance with your contract.
