Bright Horizons, voted Great Place to Work for the last 12 consecutive years, are recruiting for a Digital Marketer, with a strength in Email Marketing Campaigns, to support our Digital Marketing team to deliver its strategy.

Within this role you will work closely with our third party agencies, in-house creative, and wider marketing teams, to increase customer acquisitions and raise the brand profile.

This role can be based at any of our support offices - Wilmslow, Rushden or Chesham. Occasional travel between offices will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the building of emails from templates using email software, selecting segments and scheduling sendsBriefing, sending and reporting of these emailsContributing to a monthly content plan across all channelsSupporting the Marketing Manager in implementing customer lifecycle campaigns and continually optimising theseEngaging with and fostering relationships with third party suppliers.Delivering weekly and monthly reports to help track the success of campaigns and their ROI with the use of digital analyticsManaging the data uploads, creating data segments and testing all emails across brandsIdentifying patterns and trends in email campaigns to make future campaigns strongerKeeping up to date with trends and updates in the market, recommending digital marketing best practicesRecommended Knowledge/ Skills / Experience

Qualified to degree (or equivalent) level in digital marketing, or have previous experience within a similar roleExperience in email marketing and copywritingKnowledge of email statistics, including click through and open rateProficient in MS ExcelExperience in HTML5, CSS, PPC, SEO, link building and blogging - advantageousExperience using Sitecore or IBM Watson Campaign Automation - advantageousBecause of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken. Therefore, it is essential in making your application you disclose whether you have any pending charges, convictions, bind-overs or cautions and, if so, for which offences.
