My client is an established, UK leading manufacturer based in South Leeds. They are currently looking to recruit for an experienced and knowledgeable Purchase Ledger Controller on a temporary basis initially, but this role is highly likely to be made permanent. The role will be responsible for overseeing and running the end to end processing of accounts payable for the business. The key duties of this role will include: - Matching, batching and coding invoices - Inputting invoices on to the system - Processing supplier payments - Statement reconciliation - Dealing with supplier queries - Maintaining and updating supplier information - Month end reporting and other duties required at month end The successful candidate will: - Have previous experience of purchase ledger processing - Essential - Have previous experience working in the manufacturing sector - Desirable - Have previous experience of Sage - Desirable - Have excellent communication skills - Essential The business has on site parking and is accessible from Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford.
