Finance & Contracts Officer £26,614 pa Full-Time Central London Do you have significant administrative experience in business finance, including managing databases? The primary role of the FGDP is to promote and advance the highest standards of care for patients within dentistry - and it's here that we are looking for a customer focused Finance and Contracts Officer to join us. Join us as Finance & Contracts Officer and you will: Coordinate and administer budget setting and other financial planning processes, and contribute to the development of these processes. Monitor and analyse monthly management accounts to support the senior management team, and provide guidance to individual business managers as required. Develop the management accounting process with our financial services provider. Compile formal financial reports for boards and committees as required. Coordinate financial processes with our financial services provider. Administer processes for the management of contracts and contribute to the development of these processes. You'll need: Very good office IT skills, particularly high level use of spreadsheets for sophisticated financial management and reporting Proven experience of using SUN & VISION An accurate, well-organised and methodical approach and excellent attention to detail The capacity to work under pressure and manage confidential information discreetly The ability to deal effectively with people at all levels using your excellent verbal and written communication skills A flexible, team oriented approach, lots of initiative and a flair for problem solving Creativity, innovation and a 'can-do' attitude, even when dealing with change A great opportunity to make a real contribution to the future of the body that sets and monitors standards of specialist practice within dentistry, benefits include: 25 days' holiday and up to 4 college closure days Defined Benefit pension scheme Flexi-time In-house gym To find out more about the role and to apply please click apply.
