Data Architect - Nottingham - £50k The Role I have an excellent opportunity for a Data Architect for an exciting new opening based in Nottingham. This role would suit a Senior BI Developer who has experience of Architecture who is looking to take their first step into a full time Architectural position or an experienced Architect looking for a challenging new role. Successful applicants can expect to work on some cutting edge and industry leading projects within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be maintaining and developing the data models and architecture which support the clients flagship product. This includes database design from logical models and requirements and contribution to overall software architecture and design. The client is looking for a candidate with a genuine hunger to progress and face up to a challenging role. This is a genuine opportunity to have influence over the architecture of a large and expanding company and should not be overlooked! Skillset Essential: - SQL Server 2014 / 2016 - BI Systems Analysis - Logical data modelling knowledge - Physical data/relational database design - Develop and maintain coherent and flexible database designs, facilitating/enabling the integration of multiple projects to a standard data model. - Solid understanding of Microsoft BI technologies (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, T-SQL, MDX) - Excellent communication skills - able to communicate on a technical and non-technical level.
