Globally known property management company, with presence in over 20 international companies, our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Accountant to join their finance team.
Your new role
This role is ideal for a person who is keen to progress and develop their skills within a large blue chip organisation. You will handling various accounting duties ranging from maintenance of lease details, assist in month end and quarterly end reporting. Strong and professional communication skills will be key in this role as you will liaise with the Accounts Payable department to Credit Control and key clients. As an Assistant Property Accountant you will be supporting the Client Accountant team with various financial reporting and compliance routines.
What you'll need to succeed
As an Assistant Property Account prior experience within a property management environment is ideal as it will mean you will be familiar with terms, processes and procedures however previous roles in all around accounts such as an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Assistant Accountants will also be considered for this role. Strong IT and Excel skills along with a motivated personality and eye for detail.
