The role of this post is to drive customer demand to their channels of digital, phone and field with a real focus on the digital channel.
The e-commerce team will manage the digital channel (when people arrive at the website). The job of the commercial marketing team is to get people to the website (or other channel if appropriate)

- Writing copy for the web
- Developing and executing social media campaigns
- Reviewing user-experience journeys for products and suggest improvements to ecommerce team
- Management of direct mail campaigns when appropriate
- Booking of advertising both online and offline
